Zac Little

Legal Intake Manager

Zac oversees the intake process for all potential clients, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional experience. His role involves managing the intake team, coordinating the evaluation of new cases, and maintaining high standards of client service. He has strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of family law and criminal defense, and the ability to optimize the intake process to support the firm’s growth. In addition to his Intake responsibilities, he ensures all cases are opened and closed correctly and assists our Operations Director with project management, data analysis, and marketing initiatives as needed.

Zac has a Bachelors in History and a Bachelors in Political Science from Austin Peay State University. His professional background is in customer service and business operations, and he worked as an intern for Congressman Mark Green prior to joining our team. When he isn’t working, he enjoys attending concerts with his wife and playing frisbee with his friends. Favorite local haunts include Amsterdam (for coffee) and Blackhorse (for date night).

He is an invaluable member of our Intake Department and an asset at our firm!

Bianca Foster

Legal Intake Specialist

Bianca is responsible for the intake of new clients. This includes assessing potential cases, gathering essential information, conducting initial consultations, and coordinating case evaluations and strategy sessions with attorneys as needed. She is attentive and compassionate, and she has exceptional communication skills as well as a strong understanding of family law and criminal defense.

Bianca attended Murray State University and Austin Peay State University. She has extensive professional experience in customer service as well as specialized training in Family Law and Criminal Defense. When she isn’t in the office, she spends her time vinyl shopping or hanging out with her family (dogs included). Local favorites include Kohana, Andvinyl, Pups and Plants, and JP’s Hot Chicken.

She is an essential member of our team and a strong advocate for our clients!

Arthur Anderson III

Legal Intake Specialist

Arthur provides administrative support to our intake team and assists with the intake of new clients. He assesses potential cases, conducts initial consultations, and coordinates case evaluations with attorneys as needed. He has a warm personality and exceptional organizational skills as well as a strong understanding of family law and criminal defense.

“What I enjoy most about working here is helping clients. Even if it’s something as simple as answering a question, knowing I helped someone is extremely rewarding.”

Arthur attended Southwestern College and Austin Peay State University. He has a professional background in broadcasting and customer service. He received specialized training in Family Law and Criminal Defense after joining our firm. Outside of work, Arthur is a member of a local running club and coaches youth cheerleading. His favorite local spot is Blackhorse (The Tap Room to be precise).
